Since 1982, the year in which the first edition was held, a booklet with the names of the individual winners and winning institutions is published. The booklet includes the text of Decree 86/1982, on the creation of the Narcís Monturiol Medal and Plaque for scientific and technological merit, and of the Decree on the awarding of these awards for the corresponding year. The booklets includes a list of the names of all the individuals and institutions having been awarded with this distinction up to the date of the publication.
